Um sistema de comunicação (10) para a segurança e a recuperação de informação inclui pelo menos um dispositivo de comunicação (60) tendo uma memória (145) para armazenar uma pluralidade de informação do dispositivo (117) ; um servidor de suporte (110) ; e uma controladora de sistema (40) acoplada entre o servidor de suporte (110) e o pelo menos um dispositivo de comunicação (60).
