Abstract

"COMPOSTOS PEROXIGENADOS REVESTIDOS COM LIBERAçãO CONTROLADA, UM PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DELES E USO DOS MESMOS". A presente invenção refere-se a compostos peroxigenados revestidos, em particular partículas de percarbonato de sódio revestido, com uma liberação retardada do oxigênio ativo (= aumento do tempo de dissolução). As partículas de acordo com a invenção compreendem uma camada de película mais interna, compreendendo pelo menos um sal inorgânico formador de hidrato, e uma camada de película externa, compreendendo 0,2 a 3% em peso de silicato de metal alcalino com um módulo superior a 2,5, em particular, 3 a 5, a camada externa tendo sido preparada usando uma solução de silicato de metal alcalino, com uma concentração de silicato de metal alcalino de 2 a 20% em peso. Diminuindo-se a concentração do silicato de metal alcalino na solução a ser usada, o tempo de dissolução pode ser aumentado pela mesma proporção de película. O tempo de dissolução pode ser bastante aumentado pela seq³ência de camadas e concentração da solução, a uma baixa proporção de silicato de metal alcalino.
