Abstract
"DISPOSITIVOS E MéTODOS PARA O TRATAMENTO DE ANEURISMA". Um dispositivo para o tratamento de aneurisma para um tratamento in situ de aneurismas compreendendo um elemento deformável tendo uma primeira forma, cuja primeira forma é uma configuração geométrica expandida, e uma segunda forma, cuja segunda forma é uma configuração deformada que é carregável em um cateter. O dispositivo para o tratamento de aneurisma é capaz de voltar para a primeira forma no lúmen de um aneurisma. Alguns dispositivos para o tratamento de aneurisma compreendem uma porção estendível e uma porção saliente integral com a porção estendível. A porção estendível é capaz de se assentar contra e suportar uma parede interna de um aneurisma, a porção saliente sendo capaz de ser agarrada por um cirurgião de modo a facilitar a inserção e o posicionamento do dispositivo. Outros dispositivos têm formas relativamente simples e podem ser implantados em um sítio como uma pluralidade. Os métodos de tratamento são igualmente apresentados.
