Abstract
"MéTODO DE OPERAçãO DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA, MéTODO DE OPERAçãO DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA A GáS, MéTODO PARA ESTABELECER UM AMBIENTE DE AUTO-IGNIçãO NO INTERIOR DE UMA CâMARA DE COMBUSTãO DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA A GáS OPERANTE, VáLVULA DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL, MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA, E, BLINDAGEM DA VELA DE IGNIçãO". São divulgados um método e aparelho para criar um ambiente no interior de uma câmara de combustão de um motor de combustão interna adequado para auto-ionição e combustão de um combustível que, de outra forma, não entraria em auto-ignição. Sob condições de alta carga, uma quantidade piloto do combustível é injetada na câmara de combustão de um motor de combustão interna durante o curso de compressão do pistão. A quantidade e o sincronismo do combustível são escolhidos para aquecer uma carga de admissão no interior da câmara de combustão a uma temperatura igual ou superior à temperatura de auto-ignição do combustível no momento exigido para uma injeção principal do combustível para acionar o pistão durante o curso de energia. Em geral, temperaturas de auto-ignição devem ser atingidas no centro morto superior do pistão, ou próximas a ele.
