Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES ESTABILIZADAS DE DNA ISOLADO". A presente invenção relaciona-se com um método de condensação de DNA na ausência de quaisquer agentes condensadores de elevado peso molecular pela condensação do DNA plasmídico com um cátion divalente e álcool liofilizável. A invenção relaciona-se igualmente com uma composição aquosa que inclui DNA plasmídico condensado e um veículo tal como um álcool liofilizável, miscível em água e um cátion divalente.
