Abstract

"FILTRO DE óLEO, E CARTUCHO SUPLEMENTAR PARA UTILIZAçãO EM COMBINAçãO COM UM FILTRO DE óLEO". Trata-se de um filtro de condicionamento de óleo, para utilização com um motor de combustão interna, que inclui um elemento de filtro mecanicamente ativo (15) e um elemento de filtro quimicamente ativo (16). O elemento de filtro.,quimicamente ativo (16) possui um agente condicionador benéfico para óleo contido em uma pluralidade de módulos porosos de fornecimento de aditivo. Cada um dos módulos fornecedores de aditivo inclui um alojamento vazado (23) com uma pluralidade de orifícios (27) formados no mesmo, é um aditivo benéfico para óleo disposto no interior do alojamento. Opcionalmente, cada módulo fornecedor de aditivo pode incluir também uma membrana polimérica porosa ou semi-porosa (35) cobrindo o alojamento, para controlar a taxa de difusão do material aditivo para fora do mesmo.
