Abstract

"PORTADOR DE DADOS COM UM ELEMENTO OTICAMENTE VARIáVEL". A invenção se refere a um portador de dados com uma estrutura oticamente variável que tem uma estrutura gravada com áreas elevadas e um primeiro revestimento contrastante com a superfície do portador de dados. A estrutura gravada e o primeiro revestimento são combinados de modo que pelo menos partes do revestimento sejam completamente visíveis mediante uma visualização perpendicular, mas ocultadas mediante uma visualização oblíqua, de modo que um efeito de inclinação surja mediante uma visualização alternada perpendicular e oblíqua. O primeiro revestimento é provido apenas em certas áreas. Adicionalmente, a estrutura oticamente variável tem pelo menos em áreas parciais um segundo revestimento da mesma forma contrastante com a superfície de portador de dados e disposto em superposição com o primeiro revestimento pelo menos em áreas parciais.
