Abstract
"PROGRAMAçãODE TRANSMISSãO DE DADOS PARA TERMINAIS COM RETARDOS DE PROGRAMAçãO VARIáVEIS". São descritas técnicas para programação de terminais com retardos de programação variáveis. Inicialmente, é determinado o retardo de programação de cada terminal e são estimadas a potência de transmissão total disponível e a eficiência de link de cada terminal. Em um primeiro esquema, os terminais são programados para transmissão de dados com base no retardo de programação mais longo dentre os retardos de todos os terminais. Em um segundo esquema, a cada terminal é designada uma prioridade particular com base em seu retardo de programação e os terminais são programados com base em suas prioridades designadas. em um terceiro esquema, os terminais são categorizados em classes com base em seus retardos de programação. Um percentual da potência de transmissão total disponível é alocado para cada classe e os terminais em cada classe são programados com base na potência de transmissão alocada para tal classe. Em um quarto esquema os terminais são programados para a transmissão de dados e o programa para cada terminal é aplicado após seu retardo de programação.
