Abstract

"ENSAIO DE CéLULAS HUMANAS PARA DETERMINAR O EFEITO DE COMPOSTOS DE AMOSTRA NA EXPRESSãO DE INTENSIFICADOR DE COL2". A presente invenção refere-se à atividade (crescimento/diferenciação/produção de matriz extracelular) de condrócitos humanos e ao efeito do fator de transcrição Sox9 e do intensificador de Col2 como medida de tal atividade. Refere-se também a uma célula quimérica e a um ensaio utilizando tal célula útil na previsão do efeito de compostos de amostra na atividade de condrócitos medida através da expressão/atividade de Sox9 e Col2.
