Abstract

"MOTOR ELéTRICO GIRATóRIO DE ìMã PERMANENTE QUE APRESENTA SAPATAS POLARES DE ESTATOR DE DIMENSõES VARIADAS". A presente invenção refere-se a motores giratórios de imã permanente que apresentam pólos de estator salientes com espessura polar não-uniforme na direção radial para compensar os efeitos de torque desbastador. As porções de base polar terminam nas sapatas polares no intervalo de ar radial. As sapatas polares se estendem na direção circunferencial a partir das porções de base mais pesadas. A variação da espessura da sapata polar muda a concentração do fluxo efetivo no ponto de acoplamento entre os pólos de estator e as sapatas polares de ímã permanente. à medida que não há qualquer mudança na área de interfaceamento ativa das sapatas polares, é mantido um intervalo de ar uniforme.
