Abstract
"MOTOR ELéTRICO ROTATIVO TENDO UMA PLURALIDADE DE PóLOS DE ESTATOR E/OU PóLOS DE ROTOR ENVIESADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um motor elétrico rotativo que possui um estator (22) com uma pluralidade de segmentos de núcleo eletromagnético ferro-magneticamente isolados e separados, dispostos em um sentido coaxial em torno de um eixo geométrico de rotação. Os materiais de núcleo, como, por exemplo, um meio magnético permeável macio que é suscetível à formação de uma variedade de formatos particularizados. Os segmentos de núcleo são suportados por uma estrutura não-ferromagnética. O rotor (10) compreende uma pluralidade de ímãs permanentes com superfícies que faceiam uma separação de entreferro do estator, as superfícies tendo uma configuração geométrica comum. A configuração geométrica de superfície de pólo de estator e a configuração geométrica de superfície de ímã de rotor são enviesadas uma com relação à outra. O efeito desta disposição enviesada é para diminuir a proporção de mudança da magnitude do torque de dentes que é produzido por meio da interação entre um ímã de rotor e um pólo de um eletroímã de estator não-energizado conforme o ímã permanente atravessa o seu percurso rotacional.
