Abstract

"BRAçO DE SUSPENSãO PARA UM VEìCULO MOTORIZADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um braço de suspensão para um veículo motorizado o qual incorpora um corpo (1) formado em folha metal pela estampagem com espessura reduzida e inércia máxima, e consiste de um elemento modular pronto para a montagem o qual incorpora: uma junta universal (2) localizada no lado interno de um alojamento frontal externo (5) no qual o mesmo é acoplado por meio de um soquete inferior (6) e uma tampa (7) os quais encaixam juntos e são soldados a laser, um bloco silencioso frontal (3) o qual revela um corpo cilíndrico a partir da superfície do qual alguns pares de flapes de segurança (11) projetam radialmente os quais são inseridos em uma fenda (8) definida em um alojamento frontal curvado de forma cóncava (9), dobrados e soldados por solda a laser, e um bloco silencioso traseiro (4), o qual é incorporado em um alojamento traseiro (12) por meio de algumas buchas presas por pressão (15).
