Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA CODIFICAR E DECODIFICAR UMA SEQuêNCIA DE VìDEO, SINAL DE VìDEO, E, PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR". Método para codificar/decodificar uma seq³ência de vídeo, que é composta de quadros de vídeo. No método, ao menos um quadro de vídeo é dividido em um grupo de blocos de codificação, e ao menos um dos blocos de codificação é codificado pela codificação-intra. Então, a primeira região segura que compreende ao menos um bloco de codificação codificado-intra é determinada, e a primeira região segura na seq³ência de vídeo é codificada, tal que a criação de uma dependência de informação entre a primeira região segura e os blocos de codificação externos a primeira região segura é impedida.
