Abstract

SINALIZAÇÃO DE SUBIMAGEM INDEPENDENTE NA CODIFICAÇÃO DE VÍDEO. Um método para decodificar dados de vídeo, o método compreendendo: obter, a partir de um fluxo de bits que compreende uma representação codificada dos dados de vídeo, um primeiro elemento de sintaxe indicando um número de subimagens em cada imagem em uma sequência de vídeo de camada codificada (CLVS); com base no primeiro elemento de sintaxe que indica que o número de subimagens em cada imagem na CLVS é maior que 1, obter, a partir do fluxo de bits, um segundo elemento de sintaxe que especifica se todas as bordas de subimagem na CLVS são tratadas como bordas de imagem; e com base no segundo elemento de sintaxe que especifica que todas as bordas de subimagem na CLVS são tratadas como bordas de imagem, decodificar cada subimagem em cada uma das imagens na CLVS como uma imagem separada.
