Abstract

"MéTODO PARA ESCALDAR AVES ABATIDAS, E, APARELHO PARA UTILIZAçãO POR MEIO DO MéTODO". São descritos um método e um aparelho para escaldadura de aves abatidas, por exemplo, frangos, galinhas, perus, patos ou gansos, antes da retirada de suas penas, onde as aves enquanto algemadas por seus pés são transportadas através de uma câmara de escaldadura (2) preferivelmente através de um dispositivo de comporta, em cuja câmara aquecida, controlada de forma precisa, de ar quente, úmido é recirculada e soprada diretamente sobre as aves, e onde o período de escaldadura é determinado pelo comprimento e curso do transportador (8) e pela capacidade e/ou velocidade do transportador onde uma câmara de escaldadura (2) com uma altura relativamente grande é utilizada, e onde o transportador da câmara de escaldadura (8) que inclui seus bocais secundários (10) se estende através de dois ou mais níveis (andares).
