Abstract
"ACIL-COA SINTETASES DE PLANTAS". A presente invenção refere-se a genes que codificam Acil-CoA sintetases de plantas e métodos para seus usos. Em particular, a presente invenção está relacionada a acilco-enzima A sintetases de plantas. A presente invenção abrange tanto as formas nativa quanto recombinante das enzimas do tipo selvagem, assim como as formas variantes e mutantes, algumas das quais possuem características alteradas em relação às enzimas do tipo selvagem. A presente invenção também se relaciona a métodos de uso das acil-CoA sintetases, incluindo a expressão alterada em plantas trangênicas, e expressão em procariotos e sistemas de culturas de células.
