Abstract

"MéTODOS E APARELHO PARA TRATAMENTO DE ESTRUME ANIMAL". Um método para tratamento de estrume animal produzindo uma fração líquida final e frações sólidas no qual a fração líquida final possui uma concentração de sólidos em suspensão (SS) de cerca de 3 g/1 ou menos, compreendendo a submissão de pelo menos uma parte do dito estrume a uma primeira etapa de flotação passiva biológica em uma unidade de flotação (6) possuindo um tempo de residência hidráulico (TRH) de cerca de 4 até cerca de 24 horas com um polímero para produzir uma primeira fração de sólidos da flotação e uma primeira fração de líquido da flotação, o dito método compreendendo um tratamento adicional. Um equipamento para tratamento de estrume animal compreendendo uma unidade de flotação principal (6) possuindo um TRH de cerca de 4 até cerca de 24 horas, as ditas unidades de flotação principais (6) incluindo meios de escumação (7) para remoção dos sólidos flutuantes (8) de pelo menos uma parte da superfície do estrume e meios de dragagem (12) para remoção de contaminantes decantados de pelo menos uma parte da porção do fundo do tanque, a partir do qual pelo menos uma parte do dito estrume é direcionado para a unidade de flotação principal (6) na qual ela é separada em uma primeira fração de sólidos, uma segunda fração de líquido e uma primeira fração de sólidos decantados e na qual a segunda fração de líquido possui uma concentração de SS de cerca de 3 g/1 ou menos.
