Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PURIFICAçãO DE áGUAS RESIDUAIS CARREGADAS DE MATERIAS ORGâNICAS E INSTALAçãO DE TRATAMENTO DE áGUAS". Este processo é caracterizado pelo fato de que ele envolve, uma etapa de degradação das lamas, provenientes seja da etapa de tratamento biológico, seja da etapa de separação durante a qual as lamas são postas em contato com um gás ozonizado em condições que permitam obter um floco constituído de grânulos cuja dimensão média é superior a 200 mícrons, a taxa de matéria volátil está compreendida entre 50 e 65%, o fator de espessamento destas lamas granulosas, após uma decantação durante 30 minutos sendo sempre superior a 4, as condições de obtenção das ditas lamas granulosas consistindo em tratar entre 0, 1 e 2 vezes a massa de lamas presente na etapa de tratamento biológico e de preferência entre 0,7 e 1,5 e, aplicar uma dose de ozónio compreendida entre 3 e 100 gramas de ozónio por quilo de matérias em suspensão (MES) tratadas, de preferência entre 4 e 10 gramas de ozónio por quilo de matérias em suspensão (MES) tratado.
