Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA CONTROLAR AS CONDIçõES DO AR AMBIENTE EM UM PROCESSO DE FIAçãO, KIT DE ADAPTAçãO PARA UMA UNIDADE DE FIAçãO E UNIDADE DE FIAçãO". O objeto da invenção refere-se a um método e dispositivo para controlar as condições do ar ambiente em um ambiente (40), em que é executado um processo de fiação para a produção de artigos moldados sem fim (11) de uma massa de fiação que contém água, celulose e óxido de amina terciária. Em tal processo de fiação, a massa de fiação é extrudada para formar artigos moldados sem fim e é passada através de um espaçamento (12), antes de ser imersa em um banho de precipitação (17). O resfriamento brusco com ar dos artigos moldados sem fim por meio de um corrente de substância gasosa (16) ocorre no espaçamento, por meio do qual a corrente de substância gasosa escapa para uma área de fiação (20) que circunda o processo de fiação e deteriora as condições do ar ambiente para a equipe de funcionários em operação. Além disso, o ar é aquecido e enriquecido com os constituintes do processo de fiação, o que torna a manutenção de condições de fiação favoráveis na área de fiação cada vez mais difícil. Para evitar isto, é empregado um dispositivo (25), por meio do qual as condições do ar ambiente na área de fiação e em uma área de permanência (22, 23, 24) para a equipe de funcionários em operação para a manutenção e a inspeção da unidade de fiação (14) podem ser ajustadas em um valor desejado.
