Abstract

"CENTRìFUGA DECANTADORA, E, ELEMENTO PARA DESGASTE PARA UMA CENTRìFUGA DECANTADORA". Uma centrífuga decantadora tem um tambor rotativo, oco, com um transportador de parafuso que compreende um corpo de núcleo (1) no qual é fornecida uma abertura de entrada para material para o interior do tambor, a partir de uma câmara de entrada (3), a abertura de entrada tendo uma superfície de delimitação (7) que é traseira em relação à direção de rotação e que se estende substancialmente de forma axial, dita superfície de delimitação sendo dotada de um elemento de reforço para desgaste (8). O elemento de reforço para desgaste se estende ao longo da superfície de delimitação traseira (7) para o interior da câmara de entrada (3). O elemento de reforço para desgaste (8) é dotado de superfícies de contato (11; 19), em contato com superfícies de contato associadas com o corpo de núcleo, as quais durante operação impedem que o elemento de reforço para desgaste (8) se mova de forma tangencial para a frente na direção de rotação e radialmente para fora do corpo de núcleo (1). No mínimo uma de ditas superfícies de contato associadas com o corpo de núcleo (1) é constituída de um elemento de bloqueio removível (17). O elemento de reforço para desgaste (8) e a abertura de entrada (5) são projetados de tal maneira que o elemento de reforço para desgaste (8) pode ser introduzido para sua operação a partir do lado exterior do corpo de núcleo (1).
