Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE TRITURAçãO A MOINHO DE ESFERAS TUBULAR DE MOVIMENTO AXIALMENTE ALTERNATIVO". Um receptáculo tubular é carregado com uma combinação de meio de trituração e material a ser triturado. O receptáculo é provido de tampa para conter o meio de trituração e o material no mesmo. A trituração do material contido é efetuada pelo movimento de vaivém do receptáculo provido de tampa em uma direção paralela a seu eixo longitudinal. O meio de trituração pode compreender ou uma esfera ou uma cápsula, podendo adicionalmente utilizar uma pluralidade de esferas, talvez de diferentes tamanhos. Para aumentar o volume, uma pluralidade de receptáculos pode ser agrupada entre si em um porta-amostra. O porta-amostra é então movido em vaivém em uma direção paralela aos eixos dos receptáculos incluídos.
