Abstract

"UNIDADE ESTERILIZADORA PARA ESTERILIZAR UMA FOLHA CONTìNUA DE MATERIAL DE EMBALAGEM EM UMA MáQUINA PARA ACONDICIONAR PRODUTOS ALIMENTìCIOS ESCOáVEIS". Uma unidade para esterilizar uma folha contínua (2) de material de embalagem em uma máquina (1) para acondicionar produtos alimentícios escoáveis, a unidade tendo um banho (7) contendo um agente esterilizadora, no qual a folha contínua (2) é alimentada continuamente; uma câmara de processo (8) conectada com uma saída (12) do banho (7), e que aloja rolos secadores (18) interagindo com a folha contínua (2), e um bocal (22) para dirigir uma corrente de ar sobre a folha contínua (2) e remover material esterilizadora residual da folha contínua; uma camara asséptica (25) comunicante com a câmara de processo (8) através de uma abertura (27) para passagem da folha contínua (2), e na qual a folha contínua (2) é dobrada e selada longitudinalmente para formar um tubo (29) que é cheio continuamente com o produto para acondicionamento; e um circuito de processamento de ar (24) para controlar condições do processo, e tendo um conduto (56) para alimentar uma primeira corrente de ar estéril ao interior da câmara asséptica (25), um conduto (54) para alimentar uma segunda corrente de ar estéril ao bocal (22) e alojar um aquecedor (69) para controlar a temperatura de ar fornecido ao bocal (22), e um distribuidor para regular as duas correntes de ar.
