Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA MANTER SECAS TIRAS LAMINADAS A FRIO NA SAìDA DE INSTALAçõES DE LAMINAçãO DE TIRAS". Entre as principais exigências de qualidade que são feitas pelos fabricantes em relação ao produto "tira laminada a frio", está, além de uma boa lisura e uma excelente tolerância em termos de espessura, também a secura da tira na saída de instalações de laminação de tiras. Para desenvolver ulteriormente dispositivos já existentes empregados na região da saída de montantes de cilindros e que são constituídos de divisões estanques instaladas fixamente e divisões estanques móveis, um dispositivo de purga para as mesas de cilindros e um dispositivo de purga para a tira laminada, bem como um dispositivo de sucção de vapor, a presente invenção propõe posicionar, acima da tira laminada (10), um dispositivo para repelir a tira (3) apresentando de forma integrada um dispositivo de purga para a tira (4) operado por um ventilador, através de um bocal de baixa pressão (7) e um dispositivo superior de vedação do interstício entre as mesas dos cilindros (5) sob a forma de um bocal em fenda (6) e, abaixo da tira laminada (10), um dispositivo de sucção (16) com um dispositivo inferior para repelir a tira (17) integrado.
