Abstract

"MéTODO PARA INTEGRAçãO DE COMPONENTES MICROELETRÈNICOS COM DISPOSITIVOS MICROFLUìDICOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método fornecido para formar um dispositivo microeletrónico e um microcanal integrados. O método oferece um modo económico para integrar dispositivos que são usualmente incompatíveis durante a fabricação, um microcanal e uma estrutura microeletrónica tal como uma fonte de luz eletro-ótica, um detector ou um dispositivo de MEMS em uma única estrutura integrada.
