Abstract

"MEIO DE GRAVAçãO DE DADOS, E, MéTODO DE GRAVAçãO DE DADOS E APARELHO DE GRAVAçãO PARA GRAVAR DADOS EM UM MEIO DE GRAVAçãO DE DADOS". Uma paridade de dois símbolos é criada a partir de dados de quatro símbolos. Estes seis símbolos são submetidos a modulação em EFM e oito bits de cada símbolo são convertidos em um padrão de 14 bits. Dois símbolos são reescritos em uma seq³ência de cavidade/ressalto formada em um disco. Um deles é originalmente (0x40). Quando um processo de gravação adicional é executado para a seq³ência de cavidade/ressalto, o comprimento de cavidade é aumentado. Os dados de 14 bits reproduzidos são convertidos em dados de oito bits no lado de reprodução. Assim, os dados originais (0x40) são reescritos para (0x22). A paridade também é modificada de forma que o símbolo de dados adicionalmente gravado (0x22) não seja detectado como um erro.
