Abstract

"ACIONAMENTO ROSCADO DE ESFERAS COM PEçA DE DESVIO". A presente invenção refere-se a um acionamento roscado de esferas que apresenta um fuso (1) e uma porca (2) que envolve esse fuso. Esferas (3) estão dispostas, podendo rolar em uma pista da rosca (4). A pista da rosca (4) é formada por uma ranhura da rosca (5) executada no fuso (1), e por uma ranhura da rosca (6) executada na porca (2). Em, pelo menos, uma reentrância (7) da porca (2), está prevista uma peça de desvio (8) para o retorno das esferas (3), respectivamente, de uma extremidade de saída (9) de um filete comum (10) da pista da rosca (4), para uma extremidade de entrada (11) desse filete (10), sendo que para a formação de um canal de desvio (18), a peça de desvio (8) abrange um fundo (15) e duas abas laterais (16) com extremidades livres (17). Nas extremidades opostas no lado da circunferência, respectivamente, em sua extremidade livre voltada para a ranhura da rosca (5) do fuso (1), as duas abas laterais (16) apresentam uma pá (19) para o encaixe entre as esferas (3) e a ranhura da rosca (5) do fuso (1).
