Abstract

"UNIDADE DE FIBRAS óPTICAS, MéTODO PARA REVESTIR A MESMA, E, INSTALAçãO". Uma unidade de fibras ópticas (10) compreende uma bainha (12) e uma pluralidade de elementos de fibras ópticas (14) frouxamente alojados na bainha. A bainha é revestida com partículas de uma substância redutora da aderência e tem uma espessura radial que não é substancialmente maior do que 0,3 mm. O revestimento (16) de partículas redutoras da aderência é aplicado como um revestimento líquido compreendendo uma dispersão das partículas, e calor é aplicado para evaporar o teor líquido do revestimento líquido para produzir um revestimento seco de partículas sobre a bainha.
