Abstract

"MéTODOS DE CONTROLAR UMA BOMBA E DE REDUZIR FLUXO DE SAìDA DE UMA BOMBA DE NUTAçãO PARA EVITAR RESPINGO DE FLUIDO DISPENSADO, E, SISTEMA DE CONTROLE PARA UMA BOMBA". Sistema dispensador de fluido tendo um sistema de controle computadorizado que controla operacionalmente um motor escalonador acionando uma bomba. O motor escalonador atua o pistão da bomba através de revoluções parciais. O sistema de controle computadorizado determina o número de etapas do motor escalonador necessário para bombear uma quantidade desejada de fluido pela bomba ao girar o pistão através de segmentos que são menores do que uma revolução completa. Além disso, o controlador varia a velocidade do motor escalonador para evitar respingo do fluido de dispensa e enguiço do motor.
