Abstract

"JUNTA DESLIZANTE". Uma junta deslizante do tipo de ranhura com esferas rolantes inclui um primeiro elemento tubular tendo uma pluralidade de regiões que se estendem para dentro formadas no mesmo. O primeiro elemento tubular tem uma espessura de parede que é essencialmente uniforme em toda a circunferência do mesmo. A junta deslizante também inclui um segundo elemento tubular tendo uma pluralidade de regiões que se estendem para fora formadas no mesmo. As regiões que se estendem para dentro do primeiro elemento tubular são radialmente alinhadas com a região que se estende para fora do segundo elemento tubular, para definir uma pluralidade de pistas que se estendem longitudinalmente. O segundo elemento tubular tem uma espessura de parede que é essencialmente uniforme por toda a circunferência do mesmo. Uma pluralidade de esferas é disposta em cada uma das pistas para transmitir força rotativa entre o primeiro e o segundo elementos, enquanto acomoda uma quantidade limitada de movimento axial relativo entre os mesmos.
