Abstract

"VáLVULA BORBOLETA PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA COM DISSIPAçãO DE CARGAS ELETROSTáTICAS E UM ACIONADOR RESPECTIVO". O presente invento diz respeito a uma válvula borboleta (1) para um motor de combustão interna; um corpo de válvula (2) aloja um assento de válvula (4) ao qual se encaixa um corpo de borboleta (5) enchavetado em um eixo (6) a fim de rotacionar entre uma posição aberta e uma posição fechada sob a ação de um acionador elétrico (3) acoplado ao eixo (6) por meio de uma cascata de engrenagens (7); o acionador elétrico (3) tem um corpo cilíndrico (8) que é limitado na sua base por uma placa de metal (9) eletricamente conectada ao corpo de válvula (2) e provida de um par de furos (10) através dos quais dois condutores elétricos (11) passam e fornecem eletricidade ao acionador elétrico (3); dois respectivos embuchamentos (12) são interpostos entre os condutores (11) e os furos (10) da placa (9), cada um dos quais é disposto eletricamente em contato tanto com a placa de metal (9) como com o respectivo condutor elétrico (11) e é feito a partir de um material parcialmente condutor tendo uma resistência específica de entre 10^ 3^ e 10^ 6^ Ohm cm.
