Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A REMOçãO DE HIDROCARBONETOS DA áGUA". A presente invenção descreve um sistema e método aperfeiçoado de tratamento de água de produção. O aparelho de tratamento inclui um recipiente orientado verticalmente com bocais de injeção dispostos tangencialmente, que incluem um ou mais bocais de injeção para a introdução de água de produção e um ou mais bocais de injeção para a introdução da água reciclada a partir do recipiente e um gás de espargir. A orientação tangencial dos bocais de injeção cria um fluxo ciclónico no interior do recipiente para contato aperfeiçoado de bolhas do gás de espargir/hidrocarboneto. Uma camada rica em hidrocarboneto migra para a superfície superior do líquido no recipiente onde a mesma é removida pelo eixo central do recipiente. A água de produção pobre em hidrocarboneto é dotada de um teor de hidrocarboneto suficientemente baixo que é qualificado para processamento mais intensivo, tal como por cartuchos de argila organofílica.
