Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE CILINDRO E COMPRESSOR HERMéTICO CONTENDO A MESMA". Um compressor hermético, apresentando uma estrutura de cilindro, compreendendo um alojamento para o interior do qual o refrigerante pode fluir, um rotor, rotativamente inserido em um estator, disposto no interior do alojamento, um eixo de manivela, girado pelo rotor, uma haste de conexão, apresentando uma extremidade conectada ao eixo de manivela um pistom conectado à outra extremidade da haste de conexão e uma estrutura de cilindro, na qual o refrigerante é comprimido por meio da operação do pistom, e uma estrutura de cilindro, compreendendo um bloco de cilindro, apresentando um cilindro para compressão do refrigerante, uma placa de válvula, conectada a uma lateral do bloco de cilindro e apresentando uma abertura de sucção para sugar o refrigerante para o interior do cilindro e uma abertura de descarga, para descarga do refrigerante comprimido proveniente do cilindro, uma válvula de sucção, para abertura e fechamento da abertura de sucção, uma válvula de descarga para abertura e fechamento da abertura de descarga, um cabeçote de cilindro, disposto em uma lateral da placa de válvula e apresentando uma câmara de sucção e uma câmara de descarga, uma trajetória de refrigerante formada em uma lateral do cabeçote de cilindro, para deixar o refrigerante fluir para o interior da câmara de sucção e um sulco, formado na placa de válvula, removida da trajetória de refrigerante para condução do refrigerante para o interior do alojamento, no interior da câmara de sucção.
