Abstract

"ANEL DE MOLDAGEM DO TALãO EXPANSìVEL PARA UM MOLDE DE PNEUMáTICO". Aparelho e método para moldagem um pneumático (110) com um conjunto do anel de moldagem do talão expansível (250) dotado de um movimento de dois estágios de um estado retraído e desencaixado para um estado expandido radialmente, para um estado expandido e encaixado para moldar um talão de pneumático (112b). O movimento de dois estágios é conseguido por meio de um único conjunto de partes facilmente fabricadas, e é comandado por um único movimento contínuo para baixo (axialmente para fora) (320) de um cubo (209) de uma prensa de moldar (220). Uma combinação de elementos anulares com molas converte o movimento do cubo num movimento de dois estágios desejado dos segmentos (254, 256) de um anel de moldagem do talão segmentado (252). Superfícies em came frustocónicas (258, 266) são usadas para dividir forças direcionadas axialmente (420a, 420b) do movimento da prensa de moldar (320) em componentes de força radial (410a, 410b) e componentes de força axial (415a, 415b) para provocar movimentos radiais (310) e movimentos axiais correspondentes (315) durante o movimento de dois estágios. Resistência de mola são balanceadas, e superfícies limitadoras são providas a fim de controlar e seq³enciar adequadamente o movimento de dois estágios.
