Abstract

"QUEIMADOR PARA UM PROCESSO DE DEPOSIçãO EM FASE VAPOR, E, PROCESSO DE DEPOSIçãO QUìMICA EM FASE VAPOR". Um queimador para um processo de deposição em fase vapor tem um bico central (10) para ejetar um material precursor de vidro, pelo menos uma coroa de bicos (31) circundando dito bico central (10), para ejetar um reagente de chama, e um bico circular (20), entre dito bico central (10) e dita coroa de bicos (31), para ejetar um gás de blindagem interna, em que o bico central (10) tem um formato cóncavo em uma seção transversal do plano axial e, preferivelmente, uma simetria em torno de um plano axial.
