Abstract

"MéTODO PARA INTERCONECTAR TUBULARES POR MEIO DE SOLDAGEM POR FORJAMENTO, E, SISTEMA PARA UTILIZAçãO NO MESMO". Um método para interconectar tubulares por meio de soldagem por forjamento compreende: arranjar as extremidades tubulares (12, 12A) que devem ser interconectadas a uma distância até alguns milímetros uma da outra em uma câmara de gás de proteção, no interior da qual uma mistura de fluido de lavagem redutor não explosiva (por exemplo N~ 2~ + H~ 2~) é injetada, aquecer cada extremidade tubular (12, 12A) dentro deste espaço por meio de no mínimo três eletrodos (2-5, 2A-5A) que são comprimidos em intervalos espaçados circunferencialmente contra a parede de cada tubular (1, 1A) adjacente à extremidade tubular (12, 12A), de tal modo que uma corrente elétrica de alta freq³ência (7) seja transmitida em uma direção substancialmente circunferencial através dos segmentos tubulares entre os eletrodos (2-5, 2A-5A); e mover as extremidades tubulares assim aquecidas de maneira uniforme (12, 12A) uma no sentido da outra, até que uma soldagem por forjamento seja formado entre as extremidades tubulares aquecidas (12, 12A).
