Abstract

"PROCESSO E MáQUINA PARA MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE PEçAS MOLDADAS DE ELASTÈMERO E DURÈMERO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a fabricação de peças moldadas de elastómero e durómero, em um processo de moldagem por injeção, sob utilização de uma máquina para moldagem por injeção, com um agregado de enchimento, agregado de injeção e ferramenta de reticulação, os quais podem ser aquecidos cada vez separadamente. O agregado de enchimento é aquecido a uma temperatura não-crítica para a reação de reticulação do material plástico a ser processado. A invenção está caracterizada pelo fato de que o agregado de injeção (3), é aquecido a uma temperatura que fica levemente abaixo da temperatura de reticulação da massa de moldagem utilizada.
