Abstract

"MATERIAL DE SUSTENTAçãO DE POçOS DE GáS E DE PETRóLEO, COMPOSIçãO E MéTODO DE FORMAçãO RESPECTIVOS E MéTODOS DE AUMENTO DA PERMEABILIDADE DE UMA FRATURA DE POçO DE GáS OU DE PETRóLEO". A presente invenção refere-se a material particulado de sustentação de poços de petróleo e de gás, que compreende uma mistura de: a) desde cerca de 1% em peso a cerca 10% em peso de talco; b) desde cerca de 1% em peso a cerca 10% em peso de wolastonite; c) desde cerca de 5% em peso a cerca de 33 % em peso do bauxita; d) desde cerca de 10% em peso a cerca de 65% em peso de quartzo; e e) desde cerca de 10% em peso a cerca de 65% em peso de xisto; em que a mistura tem um teor de alumina de menos de cerca de 25% em peso e um teor de sílica de mais de cerca de 45% em peso. é também descrito um método de preparação para obtenção do referido material de sustentação de péletes esféricos sinterizados compostos, com base na adição de água e amido à mistura pulverulenta das matérias-primas, seguida de uma etapa de formação, para obter partículas esféricas, e uma etapa de sinterização.
