Abstract

"MATERIAL DE ESFREGAR FLEXìVEL PARA LIMPEZA E MéTODOS DE ESFREGAR UMA SUPERFìCIE E DE FAZER UMA ESPONJA DE ESFREGAR FLEXIVEL PARA LIMPEZA". A invenção diz respeito a um material de esfregar para limpeza que combina pelo menos dois componentes discretos. Um componente é um substrato flexível contínuo (106, 304, 706). Um segundo componente é uma camada abrasiva descontínua afixada no substrato flexível (106, 304, 706). A camada abrasiva é um conjunto de placas (108, 302, 402, 708) formado a partir de um material diferente do substrato flexível contínuo (106, 304, 706). Um ou dois substratos flexíveis (106, 304, 706) com placas afixadas (108, 3025 402, 708) com uma camada intermediária (702), tal como uma esponja ou veludo. As folgas (205, 301) entre as placas (108, 302, 402, 708) são relativamente grandes e são geralmente maiores do que um terço da maior dimensão da placa (307). O substrato flexível (106, 302, 402, 706) pode ser pano tecido com trama apertada que pode ser impresso com cores, padrões e imagens visualmente atrativas.
