Abstract
"RECIPIENTE RESISTENTE A DERRAMAMENTO PARA MINISTRAR FORMULAçõES". A presente invenção refere-se a um artigo de fabricação, compreendendo: a) um frasco compressível tendo uma saída, b) um plug no frasco, o plug compreendendo uma superfície superior com um bico saliente tendo um gargalo e uma parte superior e um orifício que se comunicam com um canal tubular liso dimensionado para permitir que a formulação semi-sólida seja comprimida para fora do frasco e através do canal e do orifício sem desalojar a tampa, o gargalo do bico tendo uma altura saliente, ligeiramente maior do que a espessura de uma colher, e o gargalo do bico e a superfície superior plana formando um entalhe que engata na extremidade da colher, o orifício formando uma firme intersecção com a parte superior do bico, o suficiente para cortar o fluxo da formulação quando a pressão acaba e a junção da parte superior do bico com o gargalo do bico tendo uma parte chanfrada, e c) uma tampa resistente à violação por criança, tal tampa cobrindo o orifício quando a formulação não estiver em uso, a tampa vedando o orifício sem desgastar o bico.
