Abstract
"MéTODO DE AJUSTAR E ACIONAR UMA MICRO-VáLVULA MULTIESTáVEL E MICRO-VáLVULA AJUSTáVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para ajustar ou acionar uma microválvula para uso em aplicações fluídicas compreendendo as etapas de resfriar uma formação de elementos de acionamento feita de material de SMA, a uma temperatura igual ou abaixo da temperatura em que uma transformação de estado austenítico para martensítico ocorre de modo que a formação inteira de elementos de acionamento de SMA esteja tanto completa quanto parcialmente no estado martensítico, selecionando-se então pelo menos um dos elementos de acionamento correspondendo a uma pressão de abertura predeterminada ou resistência de fluxo e aquecendo-se individualmente cada um dos elementos de acionamento exceto a uma previamente selecionada a uma temperatura igual ou acima da temperatura em que ocorre uma transformação do estado martensítico para o estado austenítico. é também descrita uma microválvula tendo um conjunto de elementos de acionamento feita de material de liga de memória de conformação.
