Abstract

"MECANISMO DE VáLVULA DE EXAUSTãO EM MOTORES DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". Mecanismo de válvula em um motor de combustão interna, compreendendo um mecanismo de válvula de espaçamento e resgate, em forma de um pistom em uma câmara de cilindro em uma extremidade (7) de um braço oscilante de exaustão (2) e um circuito hidráulico com um dispositivo de válvula para suprimento ou retirada por drenagem de fluido de pressão ao e a partir da câmara de cilindro. Uma segunda câmara de cilindro (41) com um pistom (42) atuando em uma direção oposta fica disposto no braço oscilante e se comunica com a primeira câmara de cilindro mencionada em primeiro lugar. Um braço oscilante de frenagem (46) fica engastado no mesmo eixo de braço oscilante (3) do braço oscilante e possui uma extremidade externa (53), a qual atua de encontro ao pistom na segunda câmara de cilindro. O braço oscilante de frenagem possui seu próprio elemento excêntrico (50), com lóbulos excêntricos de frenagem em uma lateral do elemento excêntrico do braço oscilante de exaustão. Quando o fluido de pressão, quando passando do modo de acionamento ao modo de frenagem, é suprido às câmaras de cilindro, o espaçamento de válvula é primeiro ajustada em zero. Sob a influência dos lóbulos excêntricos de frenagem, o pistom na segunda câmara de cilindro bombeia óleo para a primeira câmara de cilindro, de forma que o pistom na mesma é pressionado para baixo e abre a válvula de exaustão (14).
