Abstract
"ANALISADOR DE FIAçãO AUTOMáTICO, E, MéTODO DE TESTE DE FIOS METáLICOS EM CURTO-CIRCUITO EM UM ARNêS". A invenção provê um analisador de fiação automático inteligente (10) que compreende pelo menos duas caixas de analisador de fiação, modulares, empilhadas uma na outra. As caixas de analisador de fiação modular têm uma pluralidade de pinos de teste conectados com uma pluralidade de pinos de interface de pelo menos um conector (16) embutido no analisador de fiação automático inteligente (10). Através disso, uma conexão direta do cabo sob teste pode ser estabelecida sem introdução de um acessório de interface externo. Uma lista de fios metálicos da conexão entre os pinos de teste e os pinos de interface é previamente armazenada em um arquivo de referência. Quando um cabo deva ser testado, o padrão de fiação do cabo é obtido por meio da fixação de um cabo que se sabe estar perfeito ao conector (16). Um programa de teste é gerado de acordo com o padrão de fiação do cabo e a lista de fio.
