Abstract
"APARELHO PARA MEDIR A TEMPERATURA DE UM BANHO EM FUSãO E CONJUNTO DE UM TUBO REFRATáRIO E UM PIVÈMETRO óPTICO". A invenção apresenta um aparelho para medir a temperatura de um banho em fusão compreendendo a) uma luva de montagem refratária (1,1<39>) tendo uma superfície externa (2) para contato com o banho em fusão e uma cavidade interna (3), a dita cavidade interna tendo uma superfície interna (4), uma abertura externa (6) e uma extremidade fechada (5); e b) um pirómetro óptico (7) anexado à luva de montagem e adaptado para medir a radiação térmica emitida por uma zona de medição (10), localizada dentro da cavidade interna da luva de montagem e abaixo do nível do banho em fusão. A abertura externa da cavidade interna (6) é adaptada para receber fixamente o pirómetro óptico (7). O aparelho se caracteriza pelo fato de que a placa de montagem (8) é adaptada para engatar em um rebaixo complementar localizado na abertura externa da cavidade interna (6) da luva de montagem (1,1<39>). Portanto, a precisão e a reprodutibilidade medidas são amplamente aumentadas.
