Abstract

"TUBULADURA DE VáLVULA DE BORBOLETA PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma tubuladura de válvula de borboleta, para um motor de combustão interna, com uma caixa (1), assim como com uma abertura de passagem (2), da caixa (1), dentro da qual está disposta uma válvula de borboleta (7), de maneira girável em volta de um eixo de giro que se estende de maneira transversal em relação ao eixo longitudinal (9), da abertura de passagem (2), por meio da qual pode ser fechada a abertura de passagem (2). Em sua posição de fecho, a válvula de borboleta (7), está inclinada por um determinado ângulo de inclinação (10), em relação ao eixo longitudinal (9), da abertura de passagem (2), e está encostada com sua margem radialmente circundante (8), na parede interna da abertura de passagem (2), e a abertura de passagem (2), está configurada de maneira cilíndrica pelo menos na região de encosto da válvula de borboleta (7). A região de encosto, configurada de maneira cilíndrica em relação ao eixo longitudinal (9), da abertura de passagem (2), forma um cilindro de círculo (17), cortado em ambos os lados sob um ângulo, cujos planos de corte são inclinados sob pelo menos aproximadamente o mesmo ângulo de inclinação (10), em relação ao eixo longitudinal (9), da abertura de passagem (2), como a válvula de borboleta (7), que se encontra em posição de fecho.
