Abstract

"IMOBILIZAçãO IRREVERSìVEL DE DIISOPROPILFLUOROFOSFATASE EM REVESTIMENTOS DE POLIURETANO". Esta invenção refere-se a um método de irreversivelmente imobilizar uma enzima em revestimentos de poliuretano. Esta invenção também provê um revestimento contendo enzima tendo um grau de imobilização de enzima de aproximadamente 100%. A síntese de revestimentos de poliuretano transportado por água na presença de enzima tem possibilitado a ligação irreversível da enzima à matriz polimérica. A distribuição de enzima imobilizada bem como a retenção de atividade são homogêneas dentro do revestimento. O decréscimo da hidrofobicidade de ECC, por meio do uso de um prepolímero de poliisocinato menos hidrofóbico durante a polimerização, significantemente realçou atividade intrínseca de ECC.
