Abstract

"MATRIZES, DISPOSIçõES ORDENADAS DE ELEMENTOS, SISTEMAS E MéTODOS PARA ANáLISE DE BIOMOLéCULAS". A presente invenção se refere a matrizes, disposições ordenadas de elementos, sistemas e métodos para analisar biomoléculas por meio de seus pontos isoelétricos, opcionalmente, em combinação com uma análise em segunda dimensão. Os sortimentos de matrizes, disposições ordenadas de elementos, e sistemas aqui providos são úteis para induzir uma biomolécula sob influência de um campo elétrico a se acumular dentro de um tampão de IEF que compreende um valor de pH que é o mesmo como o do ponto isoelétrico da biomolécula. Os métodos são úteis, por exemplo, para os propósitos de pesquisa e diagnóstico.
