Novos filmes fibras e artigos, respiráveis, ambientalmente estáveis, degradáveis em água, úteis para aplicações descartáveis e métodos de fazê-los são revelados. Os filmes, fibras e artigos são manufaturados a partir de novas misturas de polimeros e demonstram estabilidade melhorada e resistência aumentada quando expostos a condições ambientais de umidade aumentada e temperatura elevada. Os filmes fibras e artigos, respiráveis, ambientalmente estáveis, degradável em água, manufaturados a partir de novas misturas poliméricas são particularmente úteis para a manufatura de produtos descartáveis.
