Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA REVESTIMENTO DE MúLTIPLAS CAMADAS EM SUBSTRATOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para revestimento de múltiplas camadas de substratos, que compreende: a) aplicação de uma camada de carga de uma composição de revestimento de carga a um substrato; b) cura da camada de carga resultante através de irradiação com radiação de alta energia; e c) aplicação de uma camada de revestimento superior à camada de carga curada e cura da camada de revestimento superior, em que a composição de revestimento de carga compreende: A) pelo menos um aglutinante capaz de polimerização de radicais livres que contêm menos de três ligações duplas olefínicas por molécula; B) pelo menos um éster de ácidos monocarboxílicos, <244>-, <225>- olefinicamente insaturados, capaz de polimerização de radicais livres, que contém uma ligação dupla olefínica por molécula; e C) pelo menos um composto que contém pelo menos um grupo ácido fosfórico.
