Abstract

"TAMPãO MONOBLOCO ADAPTADO PARA FORNECER GáS DURANTE O VAZAMENTO DE METAL EM FUSãO E PROCESSO PARA A SUA FABRICAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um tampão monobloco adaptado para fornecer gás durante o vazamento de metal em fusão, compreendendo um corpo de tampão tendo uma câmara interna (1) e uma abertura de descarga de gás (2), um furo (3) conectando a câmara interna (1) à abertura de descarga de gás (2), meios de calibragem (4) sendo previstos no furo (3) para estabelecer um trajeto restrito. Este tampão é caracterizado pelo fato de que os meios de calibragem compreendem uma haste (4) tendo pelo menos uma passagem de gás axialmente estendida ao longo a mesma, a(s) passagem(ns) de gás tendo uma seção tal que oferece uma resistência predeterminada ao fluxo. O tampão da invenção é muito mais confiável e pode ser facilmente adaptado a vários parâmetros operacionais.
