Abstract
"BIOMARCADOR, MéTODOS PARA IDENTIFICAR MICROORGANISMOS, E TOXINAS MACROMOLECULARES, E, APARELHO PARA A REALIZAçãO AUTOMáTICA DO MéTODO". Método para identificar rapidamente microorganismos desconhecidos por meio de espectrometria de massa de biomarcadores que são isolados de lisados dos microorganismos com base em sua similaridade estrutural através de várias espécies. São também descritos os referidos biomarcadores, particularmente Hsp60.
